This is a 35 year old mother of two children who had bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants in the past. She wished to have the implants removed and to have the breasts lifted and augmented by fat transfer (fat grafting). Sheunderwent bilateral explantation of saline implants, capsulectomies, bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts), and autologous fat grafting of both breasts using a total of 300cc of fat for each breast. She is shown before surgery and about 8 weeks post-op.
