This is a 49 year old mother of four children who underwent breast augmentation 15 years ago. She developed drooping of her breasts over time and now presented wishing to have a breast lift (mastopexy) as well as implant replacement. She underwent bilateral breast revision in the form of explantation and reaugmentation with new silicone gel implants and breast lift. She is shown before surgery and three months post-op.
