This is a 33 year old woman who had breast augmentation 12 years previously.  She developed lateral displacement of her breast implants which also accentuated a gap between the breasts.  She also wished to have fuller breasts with larger implants.  She underwent bilateral corrective secondary breast augmentation surgery, replacing the implants with larger silicone gel implants and correcting the lateral displacement of the implants with Galaflex mesh to support the implants laterally.  She is shown before surgery and 17 months post-op.
