This is a 44 year woman who underwent previous breast augmentation with 350cc saline implants with mastopexy (breast lift).  She came to me desiring to have the breasts revised to be a little bit smaller and lifted again!  She underwent bilateral breast revision with replacement of the old 350cc saline implants with new 300cc saline implants.  A second lift was also performed.  She is shown before surgery and four weeks post-op.
