This is a 38 year old, mother of four, who had previously undergone breast augmentation with large (450cc) saline implants. She now wished to have the breasts made smaller and more lifted. She underwent removal of her saline implants and replacement with smaller (255cc) silicone gel implants. She also underwent bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts). She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op!
