This is a 57 year old mother of two who had undergone breast augmentation and breast lift surgery years ago by another plastic surgeon. She no longer wanted to have breast implants. She underwent bilateral breast implant removal and secondary breast lift surgery. She is shown before surgery and about six weeks post-op.
