This is a 43 year old mother of two children who had previous breast and body aesthetic surgery. She wished to have improvement in the shape of her breasts and underwent removal and replacement of her implants with SRM profile 520cc gel implants. She also underwent breast pocket modification so that the new implants would be positioned more centrally rather than laterally and inferiorly. Mastopexies were also performed. She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op.
