This 43 year old mother of three children was not happy with the appearance of her breasts or body. She underwent bilateral breast lifts (mastopexies), abdominoplasty, liposuction to the flanks, back, and axillas, and fat grafting of the buttocks. She is shown before surgery and about 4 months after surgery.
