This 34 year old patient with two children presented with large drooping breasts with asymmetry in volume. She wished to have the breasts lifted and made more even. She also wished to have liposuction of the upper back just lateral to the breasts. She is shown before sugery and 6 weeks after surgery. The scars are still fresh in the photos and will fade over one year.
