This is a 40 year old woman with volume loss and drooping of her breasts. She wanted fuller and more lifted breasts, but she preferred fat grafting of the breasts to breast implants. She underwent bilateral breast lift (mastopexy) and fat grafting of the breasts with 150cc of fat added to the superior poles of the breasts which were flat pre-op. She is shown before surgery and about 4 weeks post-op.
