This is a 38 year old, mother of two, who developed volume loss and sagging of her breasts following pregnancies. She wished to have fuller and more lifted breasts, but she did not wish to have breast implants. Instead, she underwent bilateral mastopexies (breast lift) with fat grafting of the breasts. A total of 360cc of fat was grafted into each breast. She is shown before surgery and only 4 weeks post-op.
