This is a 27 year old, mother of two, who developed drooping of the breasts after pregnancies. She wanted to maintain the breast volume but wished to have the breasts lifted and the areolas reduced. She underwent bilateral mastopexies (breast lifts) and areolar reductions. She is shown before surgery and 8 weeks post-op.
