This is a 39 year old mother of four children who experienced volume loss and mild sagging of her breasts following pregnancies. She decided to have breast augmentation to restore volume and to "lift" the sagging breasts. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with Motiva silicone gel implants 315cc size, round, and full profile. She is shown before surgery and three weeks post-op!
