Patient Details
This is a 28 year old who wished to improve her breasts. She had large, augmented and sagging breasts which she wished to make smaller and more lifted. She underwent replacement of her 420cc gel implants with 325cc full profile implants supported by Galaflex mesh ("internal bra"). She also had a full breast lift (mastopexy). She is shown before surgery and four weeks post-op.
