This is a 44 year old woman who previously had breast augmentation surgery with 275cc saline implants. She wished to have fuller and more natural feeling breasts. She underwent removal of her old 275cc saline implants and secondary augmentation with 375cc full profile ergonomics Motiva implants. She is shown before surgery and eight weeks post-op.
