Patient Details

This patient is 18 years old with a developmental volume and shape asymmetry of the breasts. She wished to have fuller and more symmetrical breasts. The correction involved performing bilateral breast augmentation with implants of two different sizes and projections. A 150cc low profile implant was used for the larger left breast, and a 400cc high profile implant was used for the smaller and flatter right breast. She also underwent a mastopexy (lift) of the large and drooping left breast to achieve shape symmetry. She is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op.
