Patient Details

This is a 43 year old mother of two who had breast augmentation with saline implants in 2004. After 17 years, the patient was now ready to have the implants removed and the breasts lifted. She underwent explantation of saline implants, total capsulotomies. and bilateral mastopexy (breast lift surgery). She is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op.
