This is a 55 year old mother of four children who had previously undergone full abdominoplasty, liposuction and breast lift who wished to have more body contouring and fuller breasts (without implants). She underwent secondary mini abdominoplasty, lower body lift, liposuction, fat grafting of the hips and breasts, and brachioplasty. She is shown before surgery and six weeks post-op.
