Patient Details

This is a 67 year old mother and grandmother who had breast augmentation many years ago.  Recently she noticed that her breasts were becoming asymmetrical in shape and size, with the right breast appearing smaller than then left.  She also was not satisfied with the overall size of both breasts, wishing to exchange her old implants for larger ones.  At the time of surgery, her left breast implant was found to be a ruptured gel implant, and the right breast implant (also gel) was intact and size 210cc.  Both implants were removed and replaced with larger implants, size 415cc for the right and 365cc for the left.  Both breast pockets were also expanded inferiorly so that the implants would be in better, more aesthetic positions.  She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op.
