Patient Details

This is a 53 year old woman who had bilateral breast augmentation several years earlier. She came for consultation because she was no longer happy with the large size of her breasts. She wanted a reduction in the breast implant size and wanted the breasts to be more lifted in appearance.Her old breast implants were removed and replaced by new smaller silicone gel implants. She also had bilateral mastopexy (breast lift surgery). She is shown before surgery and about 10 months post-op.
