This is a 32-year-old woman who wished to have a more defined neck and jawline and improvement in the appearance of her nose. She underwent a suction lipectomy of the submental fat as well as open rhinoplasty to correct the prominent dorsal hump and to lift and reduce the wide, drooping nasal tip. She is shown before surgery and two months post-op.
