Patient Coordinator
Amber Braly is Dr. Fortes’ patient care coordinator. She is readily available to assist you in making your aesthetic enhancements journey a smooth process. Amber has years of experience in plastic surgery and is passionate about her work and continually strives to improve all aspects of the practice to provide her patients with the best possible experience she knows they deserve. As patient care coordinator she is dedicated to helping each patient with setting cosmetic goals, providing financing options, answering pre-op questions, coordinating medical screenings, and scheduling surgeries.
As a coordinator, Amber works very closely with Dr. Fortes and all members of Dr. Fortes’ team to help make the process easy and seamless for her patients. That way each patient can focus his or her attention on their aesthetic surgery goals so they can confidently feel empowered to achieve them. Supporting Dr. Fortes in changing people’s lives, Amber feels blessed to work with a doctor who is a visionary in the field of plastic surgery. Christy has been a practicing nurse practitioner since 2014. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Christy worked in oncology at Methodist since 2003. Christy obtained her nurse practitioner degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2014 she also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Houston Baptist University in 2005. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS).
Favorite Procedure: I really enjoy ThermiTight. It has great patient satisfaction and is an alternate to surgery for skin tightening. I also love injectable fillers, in just an hour they can help turn back the hands of time.
Favorite Skincare Product: I love the Alastin skincare line. Their Nectar product is great for healing post- procedure.
Kimberley Spa. Joined ACPS In 2014.
Heidi has been a practicing aesthetic nurse since 2006. Before becoming an aesthetic nurse, Heidi worked in the Neonatal Intensive care unit at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, and Seton Medical center in Austin. Heidi obtained her nursing degree from Washington State University in 2001. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS). Heidi is also a trainer for Galderma since 2011 and was also a speaker and trainer for Medicis and Valeant (Cosmetic Pharmaceutical companies).
Favorite Procedure: Injectable fillers and Sculptra. I love the versatility of the products and the long term natural results that patient see when they’ve completed their treatment.
Favorite Skincare Product: Currently I’m loving the Alastin TransFORM body treatment. I’ve recently started using it and am loving the results.

Lauren has been a practicing aesthetic nurse since 2014. Before joining ACPS she practiced at a wellness & cosmetic center that coupled aesthetic procedures with hormone replacement therapy. She is a graduate of University of Houston (2001) with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and continued her education earning a second degree in nursing in 2014. She receives continuing education and is a certified Master Injector through Allergan.

Wendy has been a practicing licensed esthetician since 2004. Prior to working as an esthetician in the spa and rejuvenation center, she worked at ACPS as licensed medical assistant since 1995 and a licensed massage therapist since 1999. Wendy has received continuing education and extensive training in skincare products, procedures and customer service. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS).

Natalie has been a practicing skincare specialist/laser technician since 2013. Prior to working as an esthetician in the spa and rejuvenation center, she was the owner of a small medical practice specializing in therapeutic massages for breast cancer patients. Natalie has received continuing education and extensive training in skincare products, procedures and customer service. She has attended CoolSculpting university for advanced sculpting training. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS).
Favorite Procedure: I really enjoy Halo and Fraxel. Fractional Lasers can be used to turn back time. Each session reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles age spots, and overall uneven skin tone. It works magic!

Dora has received continuing education and extensive training in skincare products, procedures and customer service. She has attended CoolSculpting University for advanced sculpting training. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS).
Favorite Procedure: I really enjoy Halo and BBL because they are both very effective and have minimal downtime for the patient.

Miriam has been a practicing esthetician since 2009. Prior to working as an esthetician in the spa and rejuvenation center, she was a highly trained front office specialist. Miriam has received continuing education and extensive training in skincare products, procedures and customer service. She has attended CoolSculpting university for advanced sculpting training. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists (SPSSCS).
