This is a 39 year old mother who developed loose skin and muscles of the abdomen as well as volume loss and drooping of her breasts following pregnancy.  Despite following a strictly fit lifestyle she was not able to achieve the desired appearance goals of the body and breasts on her own.  She decided to have a Mommy Makeover in the form of breast augmentation and lift (mastopexy) and full abdominoplasty.  She is shown before surgery and only six weeks post-op!
