This 38-year-old mother of two children who developed a very large abdominal skin and fatty tissue apron as well as additional fatty deposits of the flanks and back. She wished to have these areas improved. She underwent extended abdominoplasty, liposuction of the flanks and back, and fat transfer of the buttocks.
