This is a 46 year old mother of two who wished to have fuller and more lifted breasts as well as body contouring of the abdomen and flanks, She underwent bilateral mastopexy and fat grafting of the breasts as well as liposuction of the abdomen and flanks, She is shown before surgery and only six weeks post-op.
