Patient Details
This is a 49 year old mother of three who wished to have body contouring and improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She had had previous breast augmentation with saline implants that were overfilled to about 530cc. She wished to have slightly smaller and more lifted breasts. She also wished to have a mini abdominoplasty combined with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks.
She underwent liposuction of the axillas, flanks, and abdomen combined with mini-abdominoplasty, replacement of her saline breast implants with 500cc Motiva silicone gel implants and mastopexy (breast lift). She is shown before surgery and five months post-op.
