This is a 44 year old mother of three who had previously undergone abdominoplasty many years previously by another plastic surgeon.  Despite being a voluptuous and “curvy” woman, her curves were not in the right places, and she was not satisfied with the irregular contours of her body.  She underwent body contouring by liposuction, upper medial thighplasty, and brachioplasty to create a much better silhouette.  She is shown before surgery and only six weeks post-op.
