This is a 52 year old mother who developed changes of her breasts and body following pregnancy. She wished to have fuller and more lifted breasts, and she also desired correction of a sagging lower abdomen pannus, fatty deposits of her waist, and flat sagging buttocks. She underwent a Mommy Makeover in the form of breast augmentation and lift (mastopexy), full abdominoplasty, liposuction of the waist, and fat grafting of the buttocks.
