This is a 67 year old mother of two children who wished to have improvement in the breasts and body. She had multiple areas of loose, sagging skin, drooping breasts, and unflattering fatty deposits. She underwent staged procedures, including arm lift (brachioplasty), back lift (torsoplasty), abdominoplasty, breast lift (mastopexy), lower body lift, medial thigh lift (thighplasty), liposuction, and fat grafting. She is shown before surgery and three months post-op.
