This is a 51 year old mother of two who wished to improve the skin laxity and residual fatty deposits of her entire inner thighs from the groin to the knees. She underwent vertical medial thighplasty (thigh lift) as well as liposuction of the inner thighs and knees. She is shown before surgery and two months post-op. The scars are hidden between the legs and are virtually undetectable in standard poses of the body.
