Patient Details

This is a 70-year-old mother of two who previously had undergone breast augmentation and breast lift by another plastic surgeon. She had developed severe bottoming out of her breast implants leading to shape distortions of her breasts. She wanted the old implants removed and no new breast implants. She underwent bilateral breast implant removal, total capsulectomy, and secondary breast lift (mastopexy). She is shown before surgery and two months post-op.
