This is a 49 year old mother of three who had breast augmentation by another plastic surgeon may years previously. Saline implants of 260cc and 225cc were used for the right and left breasts. Over time, the patient developed high grade capsular contractures of BOTH breasts, which were hard, spherical, and painful. She underwent bilateral total capsulectomy and secondary augmentation with Motiva Demi profile silicone gel implants, volumes 300cc for the right breast and 265cc for the left breast. Her breasts are now symmetrical, soft, natural, and pain-free! She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op.
