Breast Implant Removal

This is a 57year old mother of three who underwent bilateral breast augmentation and breast lift many years previously by another plastic surgeon. The patient was never satisfied with the original operation, which she felt still left her droopy and with scars. She wished to have her old breast implants removed and the breasts re-lifted.

Her old silicone gel implants were removed, revealing a rupture on the right side. Capsulectomies and and full mastopexies (breast lifts) were also performed. She is shown before surgery and only two weeks post-op!
