Patient Details
This is a 45 year old woman who had previously undergone breast augmentation with 560cc silicone gel implants. She wished to have smaller and more lifted breasts. She underwent secondary breast aesthetic surgery in the form of removal and replacement of her old silicone gel implants with smaller implants (485cc), adjustment of the breast pockets to center the new implants, and mastopexy. She is shown before surgery and only four weeks post-op.
