This is a 63 year old woman who wished to have improvement in the appearance of her face, especially the loose skin of her neck and the hooding of her eyes. She underwent facelift, necklift, endoscopic brow lift and fat grafting of the face. She is shown before surgery and four months post-op.-Patient of Dr. Paul F.
