Patient Details

This is a 35-year-old woman with a history of blunt nasal trauma resulting in a crooked nose. Even prior to the nasal trauma she was not satisfied with the hereditary nasal features including a prominent dorsal nasal hump and broad, drooping nasal tip. These features made her nose look more masculine and were not complementary to her overall appearance. She underwent a full open rhinoplasty to reduce the nasal hump and correct its crooked appearance. The nasal tip was narrowed and elevated to make her appear more youthful and more feminine.
