Rhinoplasty

This is a 37 year old woman who had injured her nose in the recent past and had developed an irregularity of the dorsum of the nose with prominent high dorsal hump, especially noticeable on the left side of the nose. She was happy with the other aspects of her nose and wanted a natural and subtle improvement. She underwent closed rhinoplasty. She is shown before surgery and about 3 months post-op.

This is a 48 year old woman who had nasal trauma and rhinoplasty in another country when she was much younger. She was not happy with the results of the previous rhinoplasty. The nasal tip appeared very “pinched” and droopy, and she also had irregularities of the bridge of the nose.
